good morning all....no big plans for us either today, might go ice skating though. The boys have no school either tomorrow, it's family day!!! I'm going to use that day to sort through ALL of their clothes to see if things fit or not...I can't believe how fast kids grow!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soo happy to have the day off tomorrow and to be able to spend it as a family.......

Oh Nancy, I sorted through the clothes on Tues. it is such a chore. I hear ya, it is amazing how fast they grow through their clothes, isn't it??????!!!!!!

Poor Denis!! Too bad he couldn't have Family Day off too!! I mean, he is in a family and it IS Family Day! Sort of defeats the purpose of the day!

I so need to get motivated! Connor has a bit of a scratchy throat and sounds funny, so we didn't go to church... so here I sit in my jammies!!! I best get moving!! there's wash needs folding, trash needs taken to the curb, dinner needs fixin'. :::sigh:::: A woman's work is never done!

Hey Everyone!

I was just talking to my neighbor. She is working for the Census and asked if I wanted a job! She makes in a week, what I was making in a month! It's $14-$17/hour and 58 cents a mile! Even if I were to work just 12 weeks, I'd make up what I would have made working for Jenn for a year! If I work 24 weeks, that will cover us til the debt is paid off....or get it paid off sooner! I have already filled out my application and we'll see what happens. You can work as much or as little as you want and set your own hours. I'm not keen on knocking on people's doors, but we'll see what happens. There are other jobs to be done too. I am kind of getting excited about it! Maybe we could upgrade to the Grand Floridian! LOL

That is so that you say that about the Census.. There was a thread about this on the budget boards......And a friend was telling me how she applied just the other day.....She said she has to take some test and then she will wait to hear....Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a practice test online. it's just census.gov. But the test is EASY stuff...alphabetizing, reading a map, numerical equations and putting them in order. Simple, simple stuff!!!
