I LOVE the delays days!!!! Next week is going to be hard getting up everyday! I just read the weather forecast....going to warm up this weekend....be in the 60's next week, with spring thunder showers. By next weekend, we are to expect the biggest storm of the season. The biggest one we had was the one that kept the kids home for the week with about 6" of snow. We'll just have to wait and see what comes!!!!

I am off to take the boys to the bus, then to Timmy's for a French Vanilla Cappuccino. Maybe even a doughnut to keep my dough-butt in shape! LOL

RISE AND SHINE PARROTHEADS!!

I LOVE the delays days!!!! Next week is going to be hard getting up everyday! I just read the weather forecast....going to warm up this weekend....be in the 60's next week, with spring thunder showers. By next weekend, we are to expect the biggest storm of the season. I'm glad I could make you smile! But I've let you down too. I PASSED on the doughnut! What was I thinking?!? Well, I know what I was thinking, I was thinking if I get a doughnut, then my boys would want one, and since we picked up the neighbor boy...my 3rd son....HE would want one too! So, I knew if I just got the cappuccino, it was going to be $2, if I got everyone doughnuts, it was going to be a $10 feeding frenzy. Who knew that taking the neighbor boy to school could actually save me money!! LOL

Now I need to get busy. Steve is off tomorrow, so I want to have my house in order so we won't have to do too much cleaning this weekend. We ARE going to tackle the home office though. It's becoming "The Black Hole" in our house and I am not liking it! Everything gets dumped in there. You can still walk, so I don't think we are ready for Clean Sweep, yet. But if I don't take charge now, we are going to be in TROUBLE soon!!! The boys aren't going to be happy, but they are going to help. They have music and computer CDs laying around and not in the right cases, there's magazines and papers and OH MY! /O\ Momma is DONE with that room!

Okay, stepping off my soap box, so I can get the soap out to clean the rest of this humble abode.

Actually, older kids make a different kind of mess, not with toys, but with school bags. They, at least mine, make a bigger mess in the kitchen when they want to bake or cook something, the computer area seems to get messy quickly, their bathroom...........let's not talk about that ............and don't even get me started on their rooms, they seem to forget where their clothes hamper is half the time!!

Actually, older kids make a different kind of mess, not with toys, but with school bags. They, at least mine, make a bigger mess in the kitchen when they want to bake or cook something, the computer area seems to get messy quickly, their bathroom...........let's not talk about that ............and don't even get me started on their rooms, they seem to forget where their clothes hamper is half the time!!

well...mine still leave their schoolbag on the floor as soon as they walk in the door, they don't cook yet so thank goodness for that, their room looks like it was hit by a tornado, we all share the same bathroom upstairs (and yes, our next house will have 2 FULL bathrooms) LOL, the living room is filled with toys, and every day I pick those up and everyday they end up in the same place ?? aww I feel better now LOL

yes, they are the only ones going in August. We are going in January instead with my family. And this summer we're going your way to the festival.
I have so many vacation plans right now that I'm almost getting confused LOL

I spent the day cleaning too!! My arms hurt from vacuuming! LOL I was doing door jams, baseboards, ceiling fans, baskets...and i have a lot of those.....picture frames, chair rails. The hose on the sweeper is tight, so it was like pulling all day long.
