Jman had his bday party, we had a blast. We just did a bunch of shopping but it really was only following the flyers and supermarkets. Just a lot of driving around

Hello Everyone!! and Good Night Everyone!! LOL

we have been busy, busy, busy!!!!!

Yesterday we washed the trucks, went to Home Depot and got a new hose reel, made another report to the State Police, went to Lowes and got a new ceiling fan for the family room and found a new grill. Came back to get the big truck, went back to get the grill, came home and cooked steaks on the grill!!! Then we decided to hang the fan. We got it all up and it was crooked, so we took it back down and Steve stuck in a few more screws, we put it all back up and when Colton flipped the breaker, it made this horrible POP from the ceiling. We are 99% sure it wasn't the fan because we hadn't flipped the switch on the wall yet and he said he was sure he wired it the right way. Tomorrow, I will call an electrician. In the meantime, there's no power to the family room...no big screen, no PS3 and no tv in our bedroom since the satelite box is the same as down here! We had to run an extention cord to the bathroom just to keep the fish alive! Hhhmmmm, I might have to run one for the satelite box too!!!

Today, Connor and I went to early service and Steve had breakfast ready when we got back. Then we did a few things and at 1230 we tackled the black hole, the abyss, the Clean Sweep Nightmare....our home office. We threw out a bunch of stuff, reoranized a BUNCH of stuff and started a pile of yard sale fodder! I feel SO much better about that room!!!!!! I am on a mission to get this house back to where it should be. This 2 years of working has put me behind in organizing and cleaning...like it should be. Then we went to the Mexican place for dinner, stopped at Auto Zone, then home to finish putting away the last few things.

Tomorrow I have a few phone calls to make...starting with the electrician, then the pediatrician, then take Connor to the ortho at 2. This staying home is more work then working!! and I LOVE IT!!! LOL

Okay, I am going to find an extention cord so I can watch tv in my big comfy bed!!!!!!

Candy, my chiropractor is my hero!! When I get down, he just snaps me back in place!! I hope it gets better soon!

What a busy day!!! I always feel so good when I get so much accomplished!!

Before 11, I had sorted 4 loads of wash, ran the sweeper through the whole house, made 4 phone calls, wiped down the half bath, cleaned out the microwave....someone nuked a potato and it burst!....unload the dishwasher, decided on dinner. Then I had an electrician show up to fix the fan. Good thing too. When Steve added the extra screws he did snag a wire and took the insulation off in 2 spots. He had to pull that section of wire out and recap them together. Then he rehung the fan! He was here for about an hour, but all is safe again! Then I put dinner in the oven and ran to get Connor to the orthodontist. Home to finish dinner and clean up, and flip the wash again. I am really lucky the smoke alarm didn't go off while I was gone. I made Corned Beef with brown sugar and Guiness. It over flowed the pan and was ALLLLLL over the bottom of the oven. It was actually a bit smokey in the house when we got back! Better not do that again....or use a bigger pan!

Tomorrow I am going to go down to the school and help sell flowers for the PTO for Valentine's Day. Then my friend and I are going to have lunch. I am also going to help her sell on Thursday and then on Friday the school is having Jump Rope for Hearts, so I'll help her with that too. OH and she needs to tag all the flowers Thurs night and get them delivered to all the homerooms to be handed out on Friday morning....THEN Friday night is the SnowBall Dance. AND it's Colton's 14th Birthday too!!!!! I am so thankful that I can be there to help and do all this! I used to do all this stuff all the time, but with the babies I wasn't able too. I am glad to be back!!!!

Speaking of babies.....I got to see them this evening. When we were coming back from the ortho, they were out playing, so we stopped. BIG Hugs and Kisses from both of them.. On one hand it breaks my heart, on the other, it's the right thing to do!


I think I need a bowl of Ice Cream!!

For whatever reason, it's been REALLY hard to get up this morning!!

Thunderstorms are on the way for today. That means my dogs will be a muddy mess...worse then they've been!! I can't wait for my lawn to grow in!!!
