It is one heck of a work out....It is Great workout..But she is a tough one that is for sure........!!!!!!!

Well, you select what you want and how long to work out.....I have been combining the Jillian with the Wii-Fit stepping.... It is just that with the Jillian she makes you do some different stuff like log jumping, jogging, kayaking, etc... It is really neat but hard.. She makes you work hard at it...!!!

It really is good. YOu can customize it to what you want to do....Plus, she gives you food tips, on what to eat etc...


I am pricing out airfare right now. Trying to convince Bruce to let us take the kids to WDW for the weekend for the girls b-day!!!!!!!!!!I do not think he is going for it yet though!!!LOL!!!!!!!
