We had some great CM interactions in January on our trip. There was one in particular that stood out, and I wrote a letter to WDW Guest Communications. Well, they called and left a message on our machine at home today! Thanking me for my 'wonderful' letter, and assuring me that they will share it with the CM and her Manager!!! Way way cool

The CM you mentioned will have a copy of your letter put in their file! Recognition for a job well done is always appreciated, especially when folks actually take the time to write and express their magical experiences!
