Disney magic at its best..

We just got back from our weeklong trip last night.. We had a few of our own Disney Magic Moments.. The first night we went to SciFi for dinner.. My DD14 asked to see her envelope (with her name on it) with her souviner money in it.. a total of $125 was what I gave each of them up front and then gave a little more later in the week.. We ate and then left.. as we were leaving the restaurant she asked me if she handed me the money back.. I said yes.. The park just closed so we headed back to the hotel for an early nights rest for our next big day.. she wanted a stuffed animal.. so she gets all the items she wants and we go to pay for it and the envelope was nowhere to be found.. Then I remembered she didnt give me the envelope!! I went to the front desk at the hotel and they called SciFi.. They found out for me that the money was turned in and sent to the Central lost and found at the ticket transportation center and that I could pick it up the next day.. The next day we got there and low and behold all of the money was there.. That envelope could have conveniently been taken and no one would have known.. I honestly was afraid maybe it would be thrown away thinking it was trash..

Something must have been going on with MGM because we went there a few days later and I went into a store that sells only Tinkerbell items to buy some items.. I had to take the money out of my backpack and then when finished I put everything in it.. I had the package sent to the hotel room because I didnt want to have to carry everything.. at the end of the day when we got back to PopCentury I reached in my bag to pull out my 2 refillable mugs and discovered one was missing.. I had no clue what happened to it but decided it must have fallen out and had no plans to buy another one because we would only be there for 3 more days.. The next day when we got back to our room there was my cup in my room with a note from the CM saying that this must have been our cup because she found it at the register where I had taken my items out and then she punched it with a tinkerbell paper punch on the note..

Such small things, but it makes me feel so good.. I dont think either one of them know how much they made my trip special with those gestures..

I agree; it is the little things sometimes....how great that you received back the envelope with the money!!! Only at Disney; where most visitors feel the same and know how bad they would feel if it was them that "misplaced" some cash. Glad you had these little magical moments.

PS: I would have totally appreciated the Tinkerbell punch like you did!
