Can we join in? Booked this a couple weeks ago. Couldn't pass up the DVC discount. This will be our 4th cruise but first time on the Magic. There's me-Debbie, DH-Richard, and DS-Michael. Can we still join the FE?

I think the Chip and Dale FE is still open. The link is on page one of this thread. Glad to have more DVCers on board!!! That was a great discount they came out with! We have been members since '94 and have never seen that kind of offering. We booked early so didnt help us but I sure hope they continue that in the future!!

I have never seen a discount like this one either! We booked last year onboard. Someone on the facebook page posted about this awesome DVC offer. I called DCL on Friday last week and gave them the code. They applied it to my stateroom and the stateroom that is tied to our reservation (they are non-DVC members). It saved us just under $1500 for both cabins. At first DCL told me I had to pay the cancellation charge and rebook, but after some discussion, they figured out that the discount could just be applied. I lost my onboard credit of $200 from booking on the last cruise, but I saved way more than that with the code. Give it a try! You might be able to save!!! With all the money I pay to be a DVC member, I will take anything

Boy I agree!!! We tried about 3-4 weeks ago when it first came out and it didnt save us anything (we had a very good deal to start with!). I tried again just now for our friends (didn't know that was an option before you told me or I would have tried theirs too) but no verandahs left for dvc discount unfortunately!!! That is fantastic what you saved!!

I 'think' I joined the FE. I believe there are only 2 spots left now.

I am a wee bit confused though. Do I only give gifts to those on my list?

Welcome!!! Disney cruises are great and the Magic is a wonderful ship!!!

For the FEs, yes - you would only need to do gifts for people on the Chip and Dale list.

We got the Cabana we wanted on Serenity Bay so we have an extra one (also on Serenity Bay) that we will be letting go. It is #20 so if anyone is interested, please pm me and we can try to coordinate time and you can hopefully catch it!

That is awesome!!! We have little ones so we can't do serenity bay!!! WE have never done a cabana... maybe one day

Chip & Dale list closed over the weekend

I updated all the lists in the first post to the finalized lists and added a "pixie dust" list for all the latecomers (if we have any). Hopefully if people sign up on there and you have any extras, you will consider spreading some Disney magic!!!

Up next to tackle is the private events. If you signed up for the mixology class and/or chocolate tasting, please make sure your cabin number is listed in the meet up document!!!! Or I will hunt you down!!!

Rumor has it we need one more for the chocolate tasting!! So consider joining us!!!

Hi just joining this thread I am a mom to a 10 year old girl and 7 year old triplet princesses!!! Looks like we will be joining you on the magic!!! We just booked today OGT so don't have a number sad to see the last FE list closed yesterday was hoping to get on a FE group my kids loved it so much last year but I have heard if we hang our FE sometimes magic will happen so here's hoping!!!

I am trying to spoil my 5 year old Princess and ever so patient mother. Work brings me to Florida the end of October and I figured why not! Please let me know how to join in on all the fun and what I need to do. Thanks!

We will be cruising on the Magic in Jan 2015 with same itinerary (Int A). Would someone save and scan in the personal navigators?? I have searched online but can't find current copies. Both kids will be in tween club, the Edge,t his cruise. I wanted to see what activities would be going on through out the week. TIA!!!!!!

Unfortunately this thread is pretty much a ghost town. I think there is a lot more chatter elsewhere but we don't use those so can't help you there. Nevertheless, we are VERY excited and can't wait for the cruise!!!
