I know this is OT, but did anyone get their magazine yet? Does it say it is the final issue? I don't know why I haven't gotten mine yet, usually I have it by now, even when living in Alaska. :confused3

I am pretty sure Disney Magazine is defunct. I do not think there will be any more new issues, although I could be wrong.

I just called Disney Magazine Customer Service (1-800-333-8734) because I, too, had not received mine. :confused3

The lady was so nice. She said that the magazines should be delivered by tomorrow (Tuesday) here in Texas. She also confirmed that this is the final edition.

There will be a letter sent out for those of us with a subscription to pick another magazine they have or to get a refund. I would rather have my Disney Magazine! :flower:

Wwhat a bummer. I was hoping it wouldn't be true (since I just renewed for 2 years).

You know I was just thinking about this. I hope to get my "last" magazine tomorrow. I am really bummed because this was one magazine I did enjoy. :wizard:

I got mine today.

On the cover it said "Please Read! This special announcement contains important information about your subscription to Disney Magazine" It goes on so say that they have decided to cease publication, and that they realize it may be an inconvenience so they offer to let you receive either Family Fun or Disney Adventures for your unmailed issues.

You mail in the postcard attached to the cover with your choice.

I guess I'll do Adventures since I already get Family Fun - my kids are kind of young for it though.

Yep, me, too. I just did an Internet search about the other two magazines and neither one jumped up and screamed, "pick me, pick me"!

I was really hoping that one would be close to what the Disney Magazine is like. :flower:
