Disney Magazine for $10 for DC holders?

Somewhere I saw it and of course now I don't know where, that Disney Club holders can get 2 years of the Disney Magazine for $10. Has anybody else seen or heard this and know if it's Disney Club or the Visa card or who is offering this?
