Disney Mag came in the mail today

I saw the article and it gave a great overall view of what some of the buffets have to offer. I have found that even if the theme of a restaurant isn't something that would appeal to all in your party, the menus are extensive enough and the staff are flexible enough to accommodate almost every taste.

My issue with buffets at WDW is that many of the staff still wear latex gloves when handling food. The restaurant managers can not always tell you if the food has been exposed to this dangerous allergen, because they don't have a good handle on their staff. I usually tend to avoid the buffets for this reason. I know I am missing out on some fun meals, too!

You raise a good point about the latex...is it true that some folks with peanut allergies also have latex allergy?
