Disney Luggage tags

We booked our own package, with one upgraded MB and one plain one. We got one luggage tag in the box and I read somewhere that only the plain bands get a tag, not the upgraded ones.

This is what happened with us as well. 5 bands total, 3 upgraded bands and 2 standard. We only received 2 luggage tags. Oddly we did receive 5 luggage tag STRAPS! Go figure.
