Disney Loungefly Help!

So the other year, I bought a Halloween Loungefly bag at Box Lunch that has Mickey ears! It’s one of my favorites, but I didn’t realize that the ears were bent forward. I thought this would be an easy fix, but so far, the ears stay pulled forward and I don’t know what to do. The material is already starting to tear from how often I pull it up, and I was wondering if anyone would happen to know how to fix Loungefly Mickey ears? Any help would be appreciated!

Is there any way to post a photo of the bag showing the entire bag, and then a close up of how the ears are attached? The solution may vary based on that information.
