I just got off the phone with WDW and I am frustrated with the fact that the MDE suddenly lost my Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Fastpass that I scheduled on opening day of availability. I talked with three different cast members and I still have no solution. I was told that they were not able to see far back enough to verify that I had made the Fastpass selection; and they had no availability that fit ride times for both me and my boyfriend. This is ridiculous IMO. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this?
