I've finished a wall in my Disney room. :) It was inspired by a trading spaces where they used some pictures to make a mosiac. Just a little bit different scale.

A special Thank You goes to DocRafiki who helped complete my Lady & The Tramp set. :)

In all it cost about $100, I bought a mat cutter using a Michaels coupon and the mats on sale at Hobby Lobby. It's hard to tell the size from the pictures but each lithograph is framed at 12x15, there are 45 total.

That looks wonderful!!! I think that also looks perfect where you put it!

Wow Janette!

I love it. I have most of those, many are framed and in the kids' rooms. I could fit about a block of 8 per wall at the most. :D

Very Nice. You have to like the high ceilings and large wall 2 story houses have in their entry way.

That is beautiful! You did a wonderful job! It's very creative!! :)

That's great, Janette!! I also have a Disney room, in progress, lol! I recently painted our family room, and I have lots of our pics from the World in frames in there, and I also got some prints off of Art.com, and I'm in the process of framing those and hanging them around the room. I also got some of the Michael Graves Mickey stuff from Target, I got a few picture frames, and also the Mickey bookends. I want to get the desk clock next.

They are all from the Disney Store, I didn't have a few that I wanted but found them on ebay.

I hadn't opened all I had and found an incomplete set, DocRafiki sent me an extra she had. I'll never wait to open them again.

I do like the high ceilings, our entry and den are 2 stories. This wall is in the den and will eventually have an entertainment center under the lithographs.

I have lots of other Disney stuff in the room, not quite done.

That looks so cool. I haev those high ceilings in my entry way, Hmmmmmm, I might end up copying you :D

Very nice! (I guess that's what the PM was about, hm? :)) How did you ever decide what order to put them in? I have such a hard time making those sorts of decisions. And how did you attach them to the wall?

I didn't really do them in any order, just tried to keep the same movies from being in the same row or next to each other.

I used poster board for the backing and used tac-on to attach them to the walls. It says it won't damage paint but we'll see. It will also be pretty easy to swap some out if needed. Since Lilo & Stich will be available pretty soon I may swap it in or add another row, haven't decided yet.

I have been trying to decide what to do with all of our litho's. You gave me a great idea!!!!Thanks!!!!!:) The room where we have the computer is approximately 8"x18'. I think I will start covering those walls with all of our Disney memorabillia!!!!;)

What a creative idea! It looks great :)
