Anyone know if this is similar to cast liquidation sales? Are there set prices or is everything a certain percentage off 50% or 75% retail... Thanks!

I have done this one twice. I think it is 70% off the ticket price. There were some GREAT deals.

WOW...that sounds like some amazing deals. Is it open to anyone? Do you know where it will be held?

We will be there during this time, and this may be something we'd want to check out, if I know where to go!

yes, it's open to the public. It is located at the Celebration School in the heart of Celebration. I believe it's Campus Street but I could be wrong. It's very easy to get to from WDW.
I went last fall and got some great deals. Be prepared to root through things though and going Friday is better then going Sunday.

Is this Disney stuff meaning things like from the Disney store.....or stuff from the parks meaning signs and dishs???

it's merchadise from the parks meaning shirts, plushies, costumes, pillows, coffee cups, sweatshirts etc etc etc

Thanks for the info! I've added it to our schedule for Friday, Oct. 6! We've driven around Celebration before, so I'm sure we can find it...I'm excited! It's like a giant Disney yard sale -- who knows what we'll find!

There were signs from Downtown to the Liquidation Sale....

I am trying to figure out if I DARE change my Tampa business trip to stay Friday and do this sale.....

There will be lots of signs to point the way. This is the major fundraiser for the schools in Celebration. As mentioned above, most of the stuff is from the parks, but (at least in years past) there has been some Disney Auction collectible stuff. The prices are great, but be wary of buying stuff just because it is cheap... I think I still have a bag of stuff I haven't used from 2 years ago.

Just giving this a bump, for anyone who might be leaving in the next few days. Just wanted to say thanks again to the OP; otherwise, I never would have known! Between this and MouseSurplus (which we are also visiting this trip), I can't wait! Less than 48 hours till we leave!
