Disney-link?

Think you might have to explain a little more here.....

I am going to take a guess here and say you're referring to disney-link.com to book a vacation?

As with booking any holiday online - just make sure that they are ABTA protected and I'm sure you'll be fine :goodvibes

They are not a member of ABTA, but their web site says..

Payment protection
Following recent government legislation, we are please to confirm that all passenger monies paid to DisneyLink are deposited in a Trust Account which has been established by their Solicitors and which is operated through Barclays Bank plc. This Trust Account confirms with the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holliday and Package Tour Regulations 1992. This is the protection required by law for all passengers money. Once you have paid your holiday fares, your money is deposited in the Trust Account where it is held until the completion of the holiday for which you have booked.

Are buyers outside the UK covered by ABTA/ATOL?? Is it a European thing (I am only aware of USA TA laws, though I am aware that I need to book under an ABTA/ATOL member if I want to make sure I am covered over here) or is it just the UK customer it covers?
