Just a follow up to a previous thread which is now closed and I wanted to give Disney the proper "kudos".
I got a friendly, professional and courteous phone call yesterday from Maria at Walt Disney World Resorts executive office (I wasnt home, she left a message).
She was following up on the e-mail I sent and was glad we had an enjoyable time. Maria said that the comments were shared with leadership in food & beverage as well as leadership of the Animal Kingdom theme park.
Kudos to Disney for taking the time to read and acknowledge customers feedback, even thought its just from some schmo in Jersey.
