so i've been actually thinking about wether or not to post this or not. i considered using the travel agent thread, but o.o. sorry if i shouldve ^^;;

anyway, this june will be my first time ever going to dl and thats like horrendously weird to me. im not going to be used to not knowing anything about a disney park for once XD (god look at me ego will you? ><;; ).

i bet you can just guess my questions from this. im getting tired of asking adults about dl and dca because all i get are "well...theres this lovely relaxing spot here...oh and theres this other bar near here.." mmyeah. so tell me about it from your point of view. im actually really curious about the space mountain there (does it go upside down? o.O) and we werent going to go to dca...but should we? im in no way a "upside-down roller coaster" fan so i know california screamin wont be for me. but still..id like to know. and if anyone knows, are they still showing the main street electrical parade over there? my mom was wondering because she "loves it so much!" and "its a classic!".

thanks bunches, lovelies.

I love Disneyland! It's the only park I've been to. There isn't as much as WDW, but what they have is fun. Space Mountain in the daytime doesn't go upside down, but they have a different version at night time. I don't think you'll miss much at DCA. It's basically a carnival, only 100 times better quality. Nothing particularly unusual there. There's the ToT, but that's a WDW too. They do still show the Electrical Parade at DCA, but not at Disneyland anymore.

I think you should see Fantasmic and the Snow White show at DL. Fantasmic is a bit different at DL I think, but the seating is not as good. Isn't WDW a stadium seating? At Disneyland you just sit on the concrete in front of the Rivers of America. The Snow White show is nice to go to when you need a rest.

I would LOVE to help..but I've never been. :(

I went to DL and DCA last summer, and I really liked it

The new Space Mountain is awesome. (no it doesnt go upside down.. i wish it did! lol) but its really cool. and I like the Fantasmic at WDW better, but the one at DL still is good. and the Remember Dreams Come True fireworks are like the Wishes ones, but a 100x better (they seriously are SO awesome).

DCA is fun. California Screamin' is fun, but you dont like upside down rides, so thats a no-go for you. Tower of Terror is at DCA too, so if you like that, dont miss it! Plus there's a REALLY GOOD stage version of Aladdin, that I would definately recommend seeing. There's also Grizzly River Rapids (i think thats the name) which is a white-water-rapids-type ride, and its really fun. Everything else is basically boardwalk-type rides... oh, and the Ferris Wheel... if you go on the outside ones, it moves... it swings back and forth as you turn. really fun! :) Oh, and Soarin' is another not-to-miss ride at DCA.

hope I helped!

oh...wow! My grandama lives like 30 minutes away and we are sooo obsessed!!! It is like soo fun!!! The space mountain there is sooo tottly unimaginabally cool! like no doubt it is my fav. ride.
i love it!!!

The shows are really good there too!

I think you should go to dca it is really awesome!!! :banana: It is for an older age group tho. not like there is a dumbo there...more rollar coasters if u kno what i mean??

Have fun!!!! :banana:
