Disney Kiss poster - Frame issues

Just wanted to see if anyone has run into similar issues. We bought the framed Disney Kiss poster from Disney Store probably gosh 6 or 7 years ago. It has hung in our stairwell since, but the frame it came in is pretty cheap because it has warped, I notice that it warps more during winter months when the air is dry and goes back alomst to normal in the humid months. Has anyone had issues with the frames from the Disney store? Are they just that cheap? I guess my choice now is to take it and get a frame from a frame store (May be expensive) or take it down and add it to my storage collection? I called the Disney store I purchased from probably 7 or 8 months after I bought it and since they didn't carry it anymore I was out of luck. I just don't want to spend a fortune for a frame.

I have had the same issue with a few of mine as well. I did not get them from Disney I got them from a craft store. I am guessing that it is due to the poor quality of the frame. I did get a few real nice frames and they have not warped.
