Disney Magic Kingdom Kiddie Ride Swap
Due Date 9/20/06

This is a 12 group swap. This is a make 5 and get 5 from each group you are in. You will have an all matching set of element when the swap is done and will be able to make an awsome page!!

This is a Bazzill cardstock only swap so you can only use the Bazzill colors that are listed for each group. Please make sure you can get these colors and if not, please do not join! I do this is so everything will match and look uniform on the page. I have a few sites where you can get just about every one onf the colors needed for this swap. Just PM me and I'll send you the links!


Swap info
1. No hand written lettering on ANY items. Please use the computer, stickers, rub one, ect.

2. Toppers: Topper must be double matted and must be embellished . The title is provided for you.

3. Photomats: You will do 1 per person. The picture area must be no smaller than 4x6 and should also be double matted and embellished.

4. Journal Boxes: Should be double matted and embellished. The writing area should be no smaller than 3x4 but can be bigger.

5. Tag: 1 PP for medium or large tags, 2 pp for smaller tags. Must be embellished and have an eyelet and ribbon/fiiber on them.

6. Song/Poem/Quote Box: Must be matted and embellished in some way.

7. License Plates: Must be matted and embellished in some way.

8. Pocket and Tag - embellished as needed

9. File Folders or Matchbooks - 1 PP if medium size or lager - 2 pp if mini sized. Must be embellished in some way.

10. Border - must be double matted and must be embellished in some way.

If I left any elements off you would like to do, just let me know!



Mailing Details

Place each item into individual baggies with you name, screen name and group name

Place the individual baggies into a large baggie with your name, screen name, group name and address.


Include enough return postage to mail the swap back to you plus 2 extra stamps just in case. Any unused postage will be returned with your package. Include an envelope and address label to mail your items back in.

If you want them returned to you priority mail please include a $4.05 stamp and I will pick up an envelope for you.

If you are in all or more than 2 groups I would recommend shipping back to you with the flat rate priority box. Any weight, any state for $8.10. These boxes are big enough to get everything back to you quickly and safely.

* you can add .50 for delivery confirmation. We don't want any of you items getting lost after putting all the hard work into them. This is not a requirement but a suggestion. Please just let me know if you want it on your package.

Please send a return address label
No package will be returned without enough postage.

Please check in at least once a month so I know you are still around. I will post a month before the swap is due for everyone to check in. I’ll give everyone a week to do so, then send a PM to those not checked in. If I don’t hear back, I'll look for angels to fill your spots.

I know you're aware that I'm one of the ones who regularly posts updates on this thread and, as I mentioned last week, I will be mailing at the end of this week by priority mail.

I do have a question, though.......The due date had always been listed as September 20, 2006 which is next Wednesday. When I went back and checked on page one of this thread, it's still listed as 9/20/06. Just wondering how it changed to this Saturday, or is that an error? I am almost done and still plan to mail either tomorrow or Saturday. You should still receive it early. Please confirm the 9/20 due date.

Mickeyfan2 can have the railroad spot since it is the only one she wanted.
I can do the photomats for 6 as I have LOTS for Bazzill left over from the tags.

Roxy, how is the tooth feeling? I still have to wait for my crown, but I am finally used to the odd sensation of the hollow tooth. Still can't chew anything too hard on that side though. Hope yours is better!

Hi again..........Didn't know if you saw my question in my previous post. In your post at the top of this page, you mentioned that the Due date is this Saturday. Oh OK! I just don't understand why she assumed that I was MIA when she never asked me anything.
All the hostess (sp?) know that when they had PM for whatever reason I always reply their messages, I would it understand if it was pass the due date and she had heard from me at ALL, but oh well. What a waste of my time and money!

If you look at the first post of the thread, you are still on there, your spots are fine, you have what you asked for. I have three people who have not posted since they joined the swap that I also had to find angels for. If you want the spots and want to mail, that would be great, if not, let me know and I'll can try to get angels for your spots too.

I have a problem. I went to my LSS that carries Bazzill and they had the Raven (black) and white I needed but it not have the brick road (red) or ivy (green) that I also needed. I was planning on using the red in my photomats along with the black and white. I bought the black and white and two colors of darker red (pomegranate and crimson). Would either of them do? That is the only LSS that I have near me. I would take me a while and cost much for me to order the two pages of brick road that I need. Would either of them work here?

Just a comment while you're waiting for the reply from the hostess....I had to order the Brick Road and Ivy colors by mail since I could not find it at any store near me. The Brick Road color is more of a brown....doesn't have much red in it at all. I still used it, but had kind of expected, before I ordered it, that it would be a dark red. Good Luck!!

As long as you have the black and the white, it's ok to use the red for the brick road. Everything should still match with just the one or two different colors and I know how hard it is to find the right ones, I placed orders at two different sites to get them all!
