Disney key to World

I have been to Disney about 3 times. Each time in the room, it has only been my wife and I. In May, we are going down and taking my folks and my in-laws and staying in a 3 bedroom villa at one of the Vacation clubs. So it will be 5 adults to one room.

I have heard in the past, that all 5 people will charge to the same credit card? Meaning that only one charge card could be assinged to the room. Is this true? Or can I get each key to world linked to different credit card?

I believe that it is only 1 credit card per reservation. So in your case it would be 1 card for all 5 people.
The night before checkout you could go to the desk and work with them to separate out the charges and charge them to different credit cards at that time.

Hopefully, Rusty Scupper will be around soon to field this question with first-person knowledge. In case he's not around, I can report a little bit of what he's posted.

He says when you check-in and set up a room charge to request a "SHARE," to specifically use the word "SHARE." He says the CM may not know what this means, and then they'd need to ask a supervisor or look it up in a manual, the name of which I don't recall.

But this "SHARE" process allows multiple room charge accounts on the same room.

On a slightly different subject, one I CAN speak with authority on ... a room charge can also be backed up with a debit card (with VISA/MC logo), cash, travelers checks and even Disney Dollars; in other words, a credit card is not required.
