Is there still a Disney Junior character breakfast on the Fantasy? Is this something you can book online in advance or do you have to get a ticket once on board?

Yes you can book it online if offered. I sail Sept 3rd on the Fantasy and it was offered a couple of times and we booked it when our window opened to book stuff.
