Hi all. Is there a character meal with the Disney Jr. characters? I thought there was one or used to be one?!
Thank you!!Hollywood & Vine - breakfast and lunch, I think: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/hollywood-studios/hollywood-and-vine/
We had a great time at the breakfast last June. We did lunch this year (we were there last week) and I have to say I was definitely disappointed. Food was mediocre compared to last year's breakfast. Tables, bathrooms, overall restaurant was dirty and character interaction was almost painful without having a CM with them as before since they're non-face characters. They also didn't dance which was a huge highlight for our daughter last year.Hi all. Is there a character meal with the Disney Jr. characters? I thought there was one or used to be one?!
Worth noting that unless you just want the meal, you can meat all them outside the Dis Jr show now. In a much better location for pictures.
Yes, she is a regular character outside the Dis Jr show. Only reason she'd not be there is an unexpected absence. If they can only staff 1 Doc on a given day I haven't any idea which gets priority, M&G or Meal. I'd guess meal, since someone is paying for that one but it's just my guess. Is it pretty likely to meet Doc McStuffins outside the show? We are considering EMM hour when we're there, but that would mean dropping H&V breakfast and Doc is the number ONE character that my 2 year old has to meet!
Who are the characters at this meal?? Is it Sophia and Doc?? We are hoping to see Jake and Miles from Tomorrowland....not even sure that is possible! Is there a Miles to meet??
Yes, no Miles (as of yet).I have not heard of Miles meeting anywhere in the parks. Disney.com lists Jake, Doc, Sofia, and Handy Manny as the characters for this meal.
Yes, no Miles (as of yet).
It is now the only place to meet Handy Manny, if he appeals to your group then the meal would be worthwhile.
As for Miles, it took them a long time to get Doc available so if they go with that same timeline it will be bit before Miles shows up

And she's got the cutest setting there, like her play house/office.

Perfect!!! My 2 yr old will be over the moon!!!I can assure you as a very good friend of the Disney Junior kids, Doc will always be present in M&G and dining at all times!![]()

Is there a PhotoPass photog at the M&G? Here now and rethinking H&V breakfast.
No photopass at H&V! You are better off meeting the characters in the M&G over by the Disney Junior show. Sofia and Pluto are out at 9:30 with Doc and Jake following at 9:35 until about 7 pm. Just a heads up though the Star Wars march occurs through the courtyard many times during the day and the stormtroopers accompanied with loud music has been known to scare the little ones. Otherwise, the m&g is much better and you'll have more time to do other things than spending the time at the breakfast!
Yes, I knew about breakfast, just wasn't sure about the M&G, if there was a photographer there. Breakfast is PPO so it doesn't intefere with park time in theory, I'm just wondering if I still feel like paying that much for character interaction with non-face characters. We did 1900 Park Fare last night, which was wonderful, but the stepsisters were absent and some of the helper mice were there instead. They were cute, but I wasn't sure they were worth paying for a meal if all non-face.
Thank you! Decided to cancel, kids don't care about Manny and we'll save the $$ on breakfast for other stuff, like Mickey bars and earsMy apologies I misread your original post! Yes, there are photopass at the regular park M&G, just not at the breakfast. Also, if your kiddos like handy manny, H&V is the only place to meet him. Hope that helps!
