Disney Jewlery Thread - Chamilia and any others!

I think the retired list with pictures is a great idea. I would love to know in case something I am wishing for is no longer being manufactured. I would know to tell DH that he needed to get it for me right away! He did get me a couple of Disney beads for Christmas, but I am wondering if the character charms are soon to be retired and I need to get them soon? I absolutely need the pumpkin coach. And Mickey. And Minnie. And Donald. And Daisy. That slipper looks pretty cute too. I would be really happy if they made a Goofy charm!

I stopped by the jewelery store today and was looking at the latest Chamilia catalogue. There are a ton of Disney pieces that were retired! The one with Mickey and Minnie with the dangling heart, the castle, the fairy godmother, the Cheshire Cat, Dopey...

I really hope that means that they are going to release a bunch more and not that they are discontinuing the Disney line.

I found the cutest watch at the world. It has the comic design band and the watch is silver with Mickey and Minnie on the face holding hands and hearts all around it. I absolutely fell in love and bought it

Yes, it does. The strap is black and white with the comics and on the face Mickey is black and white and Minnie and the hearts are in color it also came in a comic tin. It was $69.00.

I think right now, that is my favorite bead. It's just so cute and detailed!! I was on the Chamillia website and I really want the Cinderella slipper. I wish they would come out with some more Princess beads, especially Little Mermaid lol. A Flounder bead would be cute.

Chamilia releases new beads every quarter. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to when the Disney beads come out, or when they are discontinued.

I think that the last Disney bead to come out was the Santa Mickey head in the third quarter of last year. No new Disney beads in the first quarter of this year.

I just read all of the threads I missed from early January when I was planning my trip.

Someone asked about beads at Epcot. DH found a square one with a "I" "heart" "U" and a mickey head on each side. It is similar the the Pandora one I have with a gold heart. I will try to post a picture of it soon. It is Sterling and was WAY over priced ($72) in my opinion! I couldn't tell DH to save his money. It was an anniversary trip and he really wanted to buy me something and he was so proud of himself for finding it all by himself. Gotta love the guy!

Overall, I was disappointed with the amount of beads MK and DTD had. I guess they only had in stock what hasn't been discontinued. I was looking for hanging pooh and he wasn't anywhere. I finally bought him off of Ebay.

Has anyone seen a hanging sneaker charm by any company? I am going to run my first 5k next month and I really want a charm. I might just go with the Cinderella hanging shoe, since I am running during the Princess weekend.
