Thanks for the response. Ugh, I wonder what's going on with my order? My orders from them usually get here in a week +1 day, which would've been yesterday. Hope there wasn't a glitch. I'm surprised C/S hasn't responded either .

My order finally came. I was excited to open it up and before I even got a good look my dd said "what's wrong with her hand?" So I look at the charm and Mary's empty hand is covered in thick grey paint

I just emailed customer service a photo to see about getting a new charm. I hope they'll make good on it.

ETA: has anyone had experience with their CS on this type of issue? Are they pretty good about it? I'm happy with the placement on my piece so I'm hoping I don't have to return the whole thing.

Oh I am sure they will send another charm. I cannot imagine them not fixing the issue. The CS team seems great to me. I had an older print and style I needed help identifying and they were great. I understand the disappointment though.

Thanks, that makes me feel better! I wanted to use the bag this weekend but I'm holding off in case they won't just replace the charm and I have to send the whole thing back (which I'm hoping isn't the case). Will update when I hear back.

Me, too! I love that print and very curious about that Veronica style!

I was surprised to find that the Veronica bags have been available for at least 2 of the other prints, but not advertised or for sale on the lesportsac site. I saw one in the Holland print and bought one in the Around the World print last week at Disneyland. They are really cute, but pretty small.

So, a couple of days ago, I went ahead and bought a Peace, Love, and Mermaid tote against my better judgement . I had a coupon code that made it $68 and I just couldn't resist. People always need more tote bags, right? Anyway, I can't wait for it to arrive. Hopefully, Lesportsac totes are of good quality? I've only owned LL Bean tote bags before this...

Not that I can find, I've been hunting. The wallet jumped from $56 to $72 OUCH!

has anyone purchased the carryall tote? if so, how do you like it? is it fairly roomy??? so confused, been waiting for this last collection but not sure which to order. i may just go with the hobo or deluxe everyday bag. those are always safe bets, but would like a tote. help!

I can't believe some of the price increases - the travel cosmetic is now up to $38!

On the other hand, if anyone's still wanting the older prints, they are 25% off plus free shipping, which I think ends today. No to be an enabler or anything . Trying to figure out if I "need" anything else from the last release.

do you think these will make it to other retailers where there may be a code? in the past some patterns have. ugh! not liking this price increase, but this print is one of my absolute favorites. also, thoughts on the voyager backpack?? i usually go with the hobo, cleo or deluxe everyday. not sure whether to venture out of that comfort zone, lol! ps, what about the deluxe shoulder satchel, i have never seen that in person.also, i have not found the melanie on there disneycrazi, have you?
