I have been trying to make ADRs for two days now. Every time, I get the message that says "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time." It's getting annoying; we aren't "allowed" to call to make ADRs, but Disney's technology apparently can't handle the number of online requests. I was on the phone with a dining CM (trying to change my show time for my CP package) and asked about cancelling other ADRs and he said they are no longer allowed to make or cancel ADRs on the phone unless it's for a large group or within 24 hrs of the ADR. GRRRR... I want to make my plans!!

You'd think given the traffic the website gets its would be a priority for them....

They made a recent change and require it to be done online now.

Try a different browser or try searching in private mode on Chrome (that tends to work for me). I also, sometimes, have to go to the restaurant's individual page on WDW and do the search there.

Have you tried using the app? I know lots of people complain about it but I've always had better luck using the app to make reservations.

There's been a lot of discussion around this since the news broke about a week or so ago. Guests cannot book ADRs over the phone unless its same day reservations, or groups of 8 or more etc. Click HERE and HERE for more info.

Same here actually! Ive had much better luck using the app for sure. Even for booking FPs.

I made mine this morning at 6AM using Chrome on a Win10 laptop and had no issues. I made 4 character meals and BOG for lunch and breakfast.
