I have been trying to make ADRs for two days now. Every time, I get the message that says "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time." It's getting annoying; we aren't "allowed" to call to make ADRs, but Disney's technology apparently can't handle the number of online requests. I was on the phone with a dining CM (trying to change my show time for my CP package) and asked about cancelling other ADRs and he said they are no longer allowed to make or cancel ADRs on the phone unless it's for a large group or within 24 hrs of the ADR. GRRRR... I want to make my plans!!
