Wow! Some tough job qualifications - now I see why anybody that's done an ABD says their tour guide are worth their weight in gold!!

On our recent duck boat tour in Seattle, our tour guide had just been hired by Adventures By Disney for Australia. He said it was quite a process to get hired and he was beyond excited about it.
Would love to be able to do an ABD trip someday!
