Ok I know you're only supposed to have 8 guests but is it true you can have up to 13 for 100 bucks extra per guest? I'm talking to the rep tomorrow and I want to have a better picture before they call.
You can have up to fifteen. 100.00 a piece. Outrageous-yes. They don't give you extra of anything. It is my understanding that the extra money is because you need two event managers with more people. I am having extra people too. Looks like we will now only have two extra though. I am kinda glad because of the expense.
HTH
Yeah!! I don't mind paying the extra if they're there. I am just glad to hear that they can be! We only have family coming and one friend each but ya know family adds up when he's from a large family.
Yeah, you can have up to 15 people (including the bride and groom) for a little extra money. I am not sure why you have to pay extra money, but you do, I guess they must have some reasoning behind it!
If you are having an intimate the $100 is pp over the 8 limit, up to 13 limit. You might want to check with your EM. I only had 9 and had to get permission to have the "extra" person w/o paying.
I booked my wedding today so now only the photographer to go. Now my fingers are crossed that less than 13 people want to come. I'm already at 8 and we haven't heard from anyone in his family. I've heard from everyone I've asked and amazingly it's been all yes's. I was really expecting two I wish I could but I can'ts.
Deep breath it will all work out.......
I've already come up with a contingency plan. If we have to many people as in over 13 the last to respond will attend a special reception with the bride and groom instead of the ceremony. Then we'll do one of the Wishes cruises and spend time with them. There will be dinner at O'Hana's in between that so hopefully fingers crossed nobody feels left out or upset if that happens. There's so much magic at Disney that it will all be perfect no matter what happens.
We had 14 guests plus us at Sunset Pointe and it was no problem. We ended up w/ 2 more people than we had planned and no one said anything and there were enough chairs.
