Disney institute

I am more of a lurker around here but listen to the podcast every week and am really looking forward to the next one but on my question.

I have been thinking about attending a Disney Institute program on leadership. I have recently moved up in our small company and could use a little training in this area. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with DI or can recommend another good training program that is open to the public.
