Corey,

Am I correct in thinking this is 7:30 Eastern time?

In addition, when I go to enter my credit card info, I get this warning:

"This form is in testing mode. No charge will be incurred to your account. Enter one of the following credit card numbers and any future date for the expiration date. (Diners 38000000000006; American Express 378282246310005; MasterCard 5105105105105100; Visa 4111111111111111; Discover 6011111111111117). "

Is this correct or a glitch?

Yes, this is Eastern time.

We'll have to check on the message you are getting with Disney Institute. The actual sign up process is held on their end, so I am not familiar with the message you are getting. I'll post as soon as I find out the answer. Thanks for letting us know!

I got the same error message on the credit card page. I just assumed I was doing something wrong. Good to know it's not just me!

Can't wait to see the response ... this webinar sounds like fun.

Wouldn't accept my real credit card. When I put in what they for visa 4111111111111111 it works....of course that is not my real credit card number and it completed the process. My real number get a declined message.

I assume they will contact me for the real number. I did, however, follow it up on the registration assistance just in case.

I was just informed that the link should be working now. Let me know if you have any other issues with it. :thumbsup2

It keeps asking me for a Company Name, but honestly, I am currently working for Target and it's not like its a "career" you know. Should I just put Dreams Unlimited Travel or something?

I would so love to do this, but currently just can't justify the money, that, and it would mean I'd be up at 2.30am, and I work from 9am on saturdays :scared1:

When I go to sign up, it says the price is $79, but the email said it was $69. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks!

I don't recall seeing $79 when I signed up but if it helps I checked my credit card online and it was charged $69.

I also got $79 as the price, not $69. I signed up anyway so I wouldn't lose my spot. Any info on the price would be appreciated.

I e-mailed Disney Institute about the price and they said that the the $69 price was only valid through May 10. The $79 price is in effect now.

oh, that stinks, I didn't realize there was a timeframe for the $69 price. Thanks for the info.

We all just got back from the cruise and we are looking into the price change now. We will let you know what we find out.

John

OK - the $79 price was a mistake. It is back down to $69.

The Disney Institute folks are trying to figure out how to adjust the price for those who already paid the $79. They are unsure if they can just refund the $10 difference or if they need to refund the full $79 and then charge $69.

Once I know how they will handle this I will let you know.

John
