Disney Inn?

That seem like a long walk to the Poly for the monorail!

It's not that far. We do it almost every day we're there. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk over.

Its a long way if you happen to be 12 years old and carrying a heavy golf bag. One year we were staying at the Poly and my dad decided he wanted to walk back after his round of golf rather than take the perfectly good courtesy cars the tournament provides. Naturally I volunteered to carry his bag, but I only made it about half way before having to give it back to him

We stayed here when I was either 9 or 11! Back in 90/92 I'll have to ask my mom which year it was. I know I celebrated my birthday at a dinner show at the Poly. I found a duck that only had one leg, my parents wouldn't let me bring it home. They said Mickey would miss him.

We stayed at The Disney Inn in 1989 because all the guide books said it was the quietest resort and after days of commando touring and running around we loved it! We had a great room that overlooked the golf course. Nice memories
