Disney infinity 2.0 figures

Last year ours were on an end cap in a weird spot of the store...near the greeting cards if I recall. There was not a line...and I had picked mine up the Friday before, so I've got my fingers crossed that Walmart pulls out a sale this week again!

so...since Infinity 2 is only on WiiU for the Wii option, if you have a WiiU and buy the 2.0 starter kit for that, will the 1.0 figures and power discs etc work with the WiiU console? Also, on the WiiU can you do the challenges or whatever that you couldn't do on the original Wii?

All of your figures from 1.0 will work with 2.0 but the 2.0 figures WILL NOT work with 1.0.

As far as the challenges go are you referring to the different achievements that the Playstation and Xbox had? Those are tied to their individual consoles.

Any actual in-game challenges should be the same across all platforms.

I got for $39.99 yesterday from TRU. Shipping was free over $50, so I added another $11 toy for other DS.

Hoping I get it since process was weird, said it was out of stock, but you could wait list which became available immediately.

Walmart said Balck Friday deals live now in ad, but the Infinity said set said "check you store" so I guess I slog in there tonight. Target showing out of stock.Game stop not showing sale price even though their site shows BF on.

Well, big bust. Went to the mess at WalMart last night, the Infinity starter sets didn't arrive. Checked online. NO ONE has for shipping. I think Target MIGHT have had for pickup but kept getting a store in Idaho in my 'your store' thing (I'm in New Mexico). Went to Amazon where I had to pay $10 MORE than earlier in the day plus pay shipping since not fulfilled by Amazon. Super. Did not think this would be such a hot item. Lesson learned. Never trust a sale, buy when you can.

I was able to find infinity 2.0 at best buy for $39.99 this morning. They had a few for each game system. They had 2.0 figures too. No sale on those though.

Amazon has the Infinity figures for $9.00 right now-- part of their black Friday deal. I had to join the waitlist for a few of them, but they all came through. I just checked out and got the confirmation emails. I got Baymax, Hiro, Maleficent, Stitch, Donald Duck.. and some of the Marvel guys, too (but I'm not familiar with those names!).

Best Buy still has 2.0 starter packs (both Marvel & Disney) available for $39.99 in all platforms.
Shipping is free for orders over $35.

I ordered one from there yesterday and it already shipped so fingers crossed.

Disappointed at Walmart. The boys waited in line but they had all the games and movies totally blocked and no employees would answer questions about what they had. Ends up they only had a few Marvel starter kits in the 360 and they were long gone before we could get in.

We decided to head over to Target just to see if they had it even though it is past 7 pm. at this time. Yay, they had a few left. We grabbed one and were on our way. Target was much more organized than Walmart. I have been at Walmart on Black Friday before and this year was just bad.

I had already ordered mine off TRU, but was looking for the figures at Walmart. After asking about 4 different people, they finally told me they were in the normal spot (no black friday section for them). I was able to walk over and browse through the figures, select the ones I wanted, and put them in my cart all before the sale started. When we checked out, I watched and they rang up the correct price. I saw a lot of people looking for them and since they weren't in a black friday display, people didn't get them. It seems that the majority of employees at Walmart have no idea what is going on. When it is across all stores like that, makes me think corporate is not sharing what they need to.
