Disney in December Help!!!!!

I am feeling so over whelmed. I have been to Disney before but for some reason this time I feel like I am so behind. We will be a crew of 5 DH 42, me 40 by then, twin girls 11, and son 14. I would like to know the best park to be in on NYE. I know they are all great but was thinking one might be better for teens. Are they all open until midnight?? I have to decide this so that I can make our ADR for that night. I am afraid to go in the park and then leave. WE will be there from Dec. 26th until Jan 3rd. Planning all parks except AK. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't have the spread sheets everyone is talking about either.......??? never have done that...... oh if I keep thinking I will just blow up.... so much to do...... feels like so little time but not really............

We always did Magic Kingdom for New Years throughout my teen years....it's packed, but it's the one that I'm willing to spend the most time in....I could stay there forever. (Oh and whichever park you decide to go to...go early and plan on staying.... a few years ago, the bus driver said MK closed to off site guests by like 10 am on NYE, but if you're on-site you're guarenteed to get into a park, just not a particular one--we stayed on-site and got there around 10 or 11...I think (It's been a few years) and got in with no problem)
