Disney in Branson, MO???

This has probably been asked before, but I keep hearing that Disney is going to open a park in Branson, MO. Is there any (oh, please, oh, please) truth to this rumor?

I've heard this rumor before. I've also heard that's all it's been for years, a rumor.

No, sorry. This has been debunked before, and I don't really expect Disney to open a new park location in the U.S. for quite some time, if ever. If they do, it's far more likely to be somewhere on the east coast or Gulf coast where they can locate the resort within easy distance of a port for DCL.

it is simply not true. nor are the rumors of a park in texas or virginia etc etc
