Hi anyone who's stopped at the disney hotel

we will be there 2 weeks today:banana:   :wizard: :rotfl:

a little bit excited !!!!

1, can we get milk for my twins beakers at night?

2, is there a kettle in the room?

3, arriving about 11am & departing about 6.30pm is there somewhere to leave the suitcases when we can't use the rooms?

4, do we get a card to pay for everything on site & then pay on departing?

5, should we email the hotel to ask for rooms together as we have booked 2 rooms for 7 of us?

thanks for looking & thanks for any answers xxxxx

just bumping this as i`m after a few of those answers too!!
if its any help for the 2 rooms question we`ve also requested inter connecting rooms and i phoned the DLH the other day and they said if we phone 5 days before we arrive thats when they do the room allocation so if we phone then we can re- request connecting rooms !
not long now!! i`m so excited !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed in the Disneyland Hotel Sept 2004. I went to the bar and asked for milk and produced the beaker for the barman to put it in. He filled it up and wouldn't take any money for it. Maybe I was lucky to have asked him, or maybe they do it for everyone, I don't know. Another night we ordered milk with our dinner and put some into the beaker for bedtime.

There was no kettle in the room.

Yes, there is somewhere to leave the luggage.

Sorry, I can't help you with the other questions.

If your twins are still in cots, they provide lovely white wooden ones, not the travel cots you get in other hotels. They also provide bedding for the cots, but I had brought my own because my daughter slept in a grobag and I wanted her to have a familiar blanket.

Have a great trip.

1, can we get milk for my twins beakers at night?

Please contact the Hotel Reception for this matter.

2, is there a kettle in the room?

no

3, arriving about 11am & departing about 6.30pm is there somewhere to leave the suitcases when we can't use the rooms?

Yes, they can be left at the reception. (luggage desk)

4, do we get a card to pay for everything on site & then pay on departing?

Yes, you can get this at the check-in.

5, should we email the hotel to ask for rooms together as we have booked 2 rooms for 7 of us?

Yes, you could contact guest relations by email or phone to let the
hotel know that you are one group.

Have a great stay at Disney Land Resort Paris

Thanks all for your answers just one more thing.

we are going because it's my dad's 60th so would it be worth emailing the hotel to see if they can have a happy birthday grandad on a board for when we arrive at the hotel ??
worth a try

There was no kettle in the room.

You can request kettles from the Information Desk at (some of?) the other Disney hotels. Can you do this at the DLH - or is it too posh to hand out kettles to it's guests?!! :teeth:

3........... is there somewhere to leave the suitcases when we can't use the rooms?

When we were ready to check out of the hotel we rang the luggage room using the direct dial button on the phone and they came and collected the luggage from our room. It took them about 5 minutes from when we rang to them being at our room.

As we were using the Disney Express this was the last time we saw our luggage until we got to the station. I don't know if this is the same if you are just leaving your luggage in the luggage room.
