Yes! I was going to suggest it - our favourite counter service place in the WDW resorts. Last year when we stayed at the Poly, we kept walking round to GF just to get one of their wonderful burgers...

I don't know really - husband and I have been dating since university (he was 21, I was 19). So he went straight from "student food" (in his case, a lot of microwaved noodles... ) to whatever I cooked him. I have always tried to cook a balanced, varied diet - am not a health freak food-wise, but am sensible with food (with the occasional treats...). Husband went to boarding school, so that probably affected him a lot - either he ate what was infront of him (proper balanced school meals) or he didn't eat. So he wasn't allowed to be fussy at school...

There is a theory that your acceptance of variety of food is determined when you are very young - i.e. how many new foods that your parents introduce you to when you are a baby (and then enforcing variety through the "fussy years").

Of course it is a personal choice - i.e. your husband's choice what he eats (like smoking) - but it would be horrible for you and the rest of the family if he keels over by the age of 50... Doubt you can change him - he would have to want to change (through aquiring knowledge and education about food, diet and it's effect on his health and life expectancy).

I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned but if you drive to an hotel you will usually be expected to show photo ID before they let you in. (We nearly missed our Boma reservation because of this - just by luck I had a photo driving licence with me.)

It is always good to carry photo ID anyway:
- just IN CASE you are asked for it by the police etc (unlikely! )
- some places require photo ID is you pay by debit/credit card.

Very good point and also if you order an alcoholic drink they can 'card' anyone they wish to prove over 21 and if ordering multiple drinks everyone who is drinking may need to show ID.

Very good point... some estblishments EVEN card people obviously in their 50s/60s, so it isn't just us youthful looking ones who should carry cards

Hi. Last year we parked at the Wilderness (with photo id) got the boat to the Comtemporary (coffee), monorail to the Poly (lunch) monorail to the GF then boat to MK then boat back to the Wilderness (cocktails!). Fab!

That sets my mind to rest. I was concerned that we would be "evicted" from the hotel properties without room keys or the like...but now I know we can wander around to out hearts content......thanks x
