You are not being a baby! My DD, 8, specially picked out a shirt online at Nordstrom for her father for father's day this year and fell in love with it for him. (We don't have Nordstrom here, and they have a brand DH likes) When it didn't arrive as scheduled, I looked at the tracking and it showed it was "destroyed" in transit and being returned to sender. I called Nordstrom and it was totally sold out. DD was devastated as she knew he was going to love it. I had the phone lady on speaker trying to get us to pick something similar online to replace it so they could overnight it to us as by that point father's day was only a week away and DD standing there absolutely sobbing trying to find something to replace it when nothing they had in stock in his size was as good. That poor lady on the phone was an angel. She was doing everything she could to help us find a good substitute and you could tell she felt horrible for DD. As you were talking to Disney, even if there was nothing they could do, you would think they at least would have been kind and sympathized with you. I totally get it. Sure, it is just a shirt, but sometimes if you really see something that you really like and you think you are getting it, it is a huge disappointment when something happens and you don't get it. So sorry about the shirt, and I hope it somehow shows up. Do you think maybe they left it at a neighbors if you weren't home when it was delivered? If it doesn't show up, you might try ebay. Sometimes when Disney has that big 25% or more sale they had recently, people buy stuff and then sell it online-sometimes for what was the original store price. I picked up an item the
Disney Store was sold out of a week or two ago that way.
