Disney Hilton Head, any Prohibition on Travelers from High Case States?

During the height of national lockdown, I thought I read somewhere that some hotels in SC were prohibiting check in from NY and NJ, and any states other than South Carolina residents.
Does anyone know with these various quarantine orders going into effect, is Disney Hilton Head prohibiting check in from high case states such as Florida? Have trip planned in July!

South Carolina had a rule that required anyone coming to visit from NY, NJ, Connecticut, and Louisiana had to be quarantined for first 14-days in SC, but that has been done away with and, as far as I am aware, Hilton Head has no current rule that requires visitors from other states to be quarantined. Likewise, Florida had a quarantine rule for those states but it ended with the start of its Phase 2 recovery on June 5.

A different issue is what happens when you try to return home. NY, NJ, and Connecticut have recently adopted a rule that travelers coming from a number of states that are seeing spikes in the number of coronavirus cases will be quarantined for 14 days upon entry into those northern states. Both Florida and South Carolina are included in states from which travelers will be quarantined. So if you will be returning from Hilton Head to NY, NJ, or Connecticut, you may have a problem when you return home.

They really should do this county by county. For instance, here in Alabama, most cases are in Montgomery, Mobile, and Jefferson counties (with Tuscaloosa and it's recent spike in 18-23 year old cases - i.e. the kids at the University that won't socially distance). The Huntsville metro area has been extremely quiet. Likewise, in Florida, I think that your case volume in Orange/Osceola counties where WDW is located is much higher than say Indian River County where Vero Beach is located)...

Same for New York originally. Most of the outbreak was in the NYC metro. If you were from Rochester, per say, your situation was probably very different...

Also, I just read the article stating NY, NJ, and CT banned states over a 10% positive rate, which includes Alabama, but as of today, Alabama is below 10% positivity. We have declined 4 of the last 5 days...

Just to clarify, the FL order prohibiting NY, NJ, LA and CT did not end with the start of Phase 2. It is currently in effect (it was extended June 5)

Missed that change. The original restriction was supposed to end when phase 2 began and now, as you have clarified the quarantine rule contuinues in Florida (but apparently not South Carolina). This is starting to take on a real inter-state battle since both sides of the equation, Florida and the consortium of NJ, NY and Conn, now have a quarantine rule prohibiting easy entry from the other.

It really is. I feel like we cannot predict what tomorrow holds (not that we ever could, but you know what I mean!). Trying to stay positive but some days not so easy :(

Even keeping track of where people have been to/coming from which state is difficult, I can't see how anyone can keep track by county.
