Disney Guest Services contact info?

Maybe someone here knows how to contact Disney Guest Services - we had two incidents during our recent trip and I wanted to write. Email or snailmail. The incidents were at Ohana's and DTD.

If you don't get any luck here try the Theme Park Board. I know that I have seen posts about contacting Disney on that Board.

Well, as much as I would like to know - I don't believe in coercing someone who asks for an address I'll leave that to somebody else - but read it greedily if the OP complies.

I will point out, though, that the absolute BEST time to address an occurence - positive or negative - is while one is experiencing it. Not after one returns home.

Of course it is - unfortunately that isn't always possible due to leaving for a plane or the service occuring at a top level and no one to ask for above that person. I have found often the written explanation of a problem is the way to go especially if you aren't getting your point across to the person standing across from you that is the manager (and this has nothing to do with Disney but an experience I had last week at the movies here at home!).

Thanks very much for the contact info. While at DTD I did stand in the Guest Services line for over an hour - unfortunately they were evidently working to solve world peace with the two guests they were working with - and I couldn't spend anymore time there without further causing issues with the rest of our vacation.
