Disney Grocery Shopping Services

Just curious. I have seen people mention a service from Disney where you can preshop for groceries and have the items available upon checking in. What are the specifics with this service, and for those of you who have used it, what was your experience like? We just sent in our contract for a resale at OKW and are waiting for it to pass ROFR, and therefore dont have access to the members site where some of the info I am looking fo rmight be located. Again, thank for all of your help!

you can print up a grocery list from the website. You fill it out and fax it in, three days before your arrival. My friends just did this and thought it was great.
