Disney Groceries

I am not sure where this thread belongs, so perhaps the moderators can move it where it needs to be.
My theme on this thread, is the available groceries on property, and if there is a need for improvement.
We are unlike most, and cook most of our meals in our DVC kitchen. We fly in, and never rent a car. Since 2003 we have bought our groceries from whatever store was at the resort we were staying at. We have pre ordered from the online grocery list, and found that all the resorts do not stock the same items. We used Garden Grocer for our last trip, and was able to get a better variety of foods, mainly produce, and butchery goods.
However, sometimes I think of something I want, or need for a meal, or snack, and the Disney stores just doesn't carry them. (ie: BWV store wasn't stocking dishwasher powder when I needed more).
I would love a DTD grocery, or better and bigger selections at all the DVC resorts. OKW has the best selection, but none have much produce, and none have raw meats, or fish.
Garden Grocer, and Wegoshop are great, but not for last minute, or forgotten items.

Disney only offers items that have a long shelf life. They also don't want you to eat in. They want you to spend more money and eat every meal on property.

I would think that the dishwasher powder/soap should be replenished by mousekeeping when you run out.

They do replenish it, but I ran out before one of my T&T or full cleaning days. The Green Door at BWV didn't have any to buy, and I asked , and was told they don't stock it at that location. All the other DVC resorts stock it for purchase at their respective stores.

If you run out of diswasher detergent between T&T or full cleaning just call housekeeping and request more, they will bring it to you.
