I am doing a DFTW "commitment ceremony" - we are getting married in CT (where we live) before going down....

Anyone else do a ceremony in WDW? I havent seen a lot of commitment ceremony people on the wedding boards or really anywhere else...

Congratulations!

We just got married at Disneyland, and they do way less weddings than WDW, but it was still awesome. You can see some of the things we've been through with the planning and stuff in my blog and planning journal links in my signature. Still wating for pictures, but I will post them as soon as we get them.

Also there were two women that I think had their wedding last year at WDW, their planning journal is at http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1707164 She kind of fell off the face of the boards, but there were a few detailed recaps and lots of info on there, as well.

I'm just waiting for the pro pics, they should be here soon. It's a me thing, I always like to look at pro pics more than looking at pictures family and friends took. Though some of my friends are pretty good photographers. Don't worry, only three more weeks tops to go!

It all sounds really exciting - wish we could have done it the Disney way!!!

We are having our Civil partnership in the UK and then flying out for our Disneymoon!!

rpmdfw's Thread is indeed amazing - i got loads of top tips from there and the guys here have been great with ideas for us to do when we are there.

Congrats on your wedding! We would love to hear about all the planning. I got married in Disney World three weeks ago. Disney did an awesome job, and if I had to do it all over again, I would.
