YAY!!!!! I love the 2 weeks from today game!!!

Are you actually supposed to get anything done at work on the day you leave?

I THINK I read that if you arrive after 10:00, you have to pick up your checked bags and bring them to ME with you. They will load and unload for you on the bus but that way you have your own luggage upon arrival at the resort instead of waiting for baggage services to deliver or having to wait until the morning. I'm not sure about arriving right at 10 how it works but it seems like it would be easier to do it that way than have a knock on your door when you are trying to get some first-night-in-Disney sleep

As Katie said, I think as far as ME goes they say that for arrivals after 10pm any checked bags with the yellow tags get delivered the next day. So either pack what you need for the first night/morning in your carry-on or plan to pick up your own luggage in baggage claim and head to ME from there. Maybe not ideal but you'll be in WDW!

I was thinking what others have said. If you want your bags that first night, I think your going to have to just pick them up yourself, and not put on the yellow tags. Otherwise just stash an extra change of clothing and your pj's in your carryon bag and you'll be set to go without it.

I think I'm just going to have to call and get the real deal on the whole luggage thing.

We enjoyed Casey's on our last night while watching the castle lighting show on 12/9. I mostly ate fries with cheese sauce, the kids ate the nuggets. Yummy!!

I guess I'm glad I'm not writing down all the yummy food ideas, maybe I'll forget some and won't eat so much! I'm with CP - it's about the food and shopping. I did my share of both this last trip! I always think I need a few weeks at WDW to eat at all the places I want to try.

I had my first ever corn dog at the Boardwalk about 3 years ago. I was what..36 at the time and it was my first ever corn dog! I loved it! Corn dogs in a cup! Yum!!!!
I agree with Katie regarding the ME. I remember seeing that anything after 10pm you need to get your own luggage. Kind of an extra step but at least you will have it with you right away

I've never had the corndog nuggets at Casey's. I just can't seem to break away from my traditional hot dog. I'm glad you know in advance that they don't disagree with you, because there's nothing worse than an upset tummy on vacation, that's for sure!

You must be getting so excited. I know I am totally living vicariously through you. I don't think I told anyone on the boards, but Mom and I had plans to go in January. We would have left on the 9th. I nixed them as soon as I got pregnant and started getting really bad nausea. I just didn't see the point in going to Disney if I couldn't enjoy the food. Talk about torture!!!!

So I'm selfishly excited that you're going because I'm so looking forward to reading about it.

I highly suggest Casey's. You can even buy the nuggest seperately if you don't want to eat the fries.

There are way too many snacks and meals to fit into one WDW vacation, that is why you must go multiple times to experience everything....or at least that is what I tell Marc.

I'm really glad I'll be able to eat them....sadly I'm not sure about the cream cheese pretzel...I am sure I'll be able to manage a bite or two but bread is REALLY bothering me lately. I'm usually okay if I just take a few small bites spaced out though, so I should be able to at least try them.

Your trip is so close!!! While you're enjoying Disney, I'll be celebrating my nephew's 6th birthday at Bounce U, hoping not to get hit in the head by the giant inflatable boxing gloves

So glad the corn dogs agreed with you!!! Nothing worse than getting sick on vacation. I've never had a corn dog. I've made the trips to Nathan's in Coney Island for hot dogs and fries, but NEVER a corn dog. Your post has convinced me that I need to try them.

I highly recommend taking a ziploc bag to place the remainder of the pretzel in - you can then take it back to your room with you, or snack on it later There is a reason Grandma brought those baggies when we ate out
