Disney Gingerbread Recipe Anyone?

After seeing the food network special I would really like to try the Disney gingerbread recipe for our yearly attempt. Anyone have the recipe or know where I could get it?

Someone asked this question over on the Cooking board this morning. I posted the Gingerbread Cookie recipe I had, but the OP seemed to have found an "industrial sized" recipe used for houses. You might try asking there for the big one & just reducing it.
