Disney Gifts at Super Walmart?

I've read in a few threads about the SuperWalmart on Rte 27. Is there Disney merchandise there? I'm thinking of things like teeshirts, hats -- stuff to bring back for family members.

Just so you know, the Disney gifts that we saw at the Wal-Mart on 192 (and I would think also the one on 27) were more or less generic Disney gifts. By that I mean they don't say Magic Kingdom or Epcot or even Walt Disney World. They are licensed Disney character merchandise, and they may say Orlando or Florida but if you want something that says Disney World you actually have to get it at Disney World. On our first trip we made the mistake of not buying souvenirs in the parks, thinking we could get the same things at Wal-Mart. We were terribly disappointed to find that all that was at Wal-Mart was basically the same character merchandise we can buy at home - and this was on the last day of our trip after our park hoppers were all used up! Oh well - live and learn.

There are a few Disney Outlet stores you can buy merchandise in, with some items things from the parks. I know there is one in Belz Outlets, and one in a center off I-4 and not sure of the other locations. We got very good deals there and folks at home had no idea it did not come from the parks-shirts even had WDW label inside.

most all Wal-Marts here in Florida carry loads of Disney items...but they aren't specific to the parks they are general princess items, etc...Home Depot has quite a few things too, chairs, lights, wall coverings, night lights, switchplates, floor mats, pillows etc.

There are actually 2 different Disney outlet stores in Belz, I believe they are in buildings 1 and 2, but if you ask at one, they'll direct you to the other. Remember, you won't find them by checking directories for "Disney", one in Belz is called Character Premiere, and I don't remember the name of the other. We didn't know this until our 5th or 6th trip to Character Premiere and overheard someone else talking about the "other" store. I think now they have a sign out front that also mentions the outlet in the other building.

We've seen a lot of Disney merchandise at Walmart and even at the Goodings grocery store. However, I agree with others that it's kind of generic, stuff you get at Walmart at home.

Even though I swore I would NEVER spend $40 for a polo shirt, I did pick one up at Wilderness Lodge. I've had it for a couple of years, I wear it a lot, and it still looks almost new. The merchandise with the "Walt Disney World" label inside seems to be the best quality. We've had much poorer wear out of the items we've picked up at Walmart and Target.

Yep, it's the Character Wharehouse. You do have to go outside and cross the parking lot to get to the this one. We've been shopping here for years. I've gotten tees for as low as $4 or $5---but generally $10. Lots of other souveniers marked down from the parks. Check out directions here :

Can anyone tell me more about the Universal Studios Outlet & the Character Premier store that’s located at the Orlando Premium Outlets? I thought I read on the boards that this Disney store had “better” stuff than Belz.

We went to both Orlando Premium Outlets and Belz.
I don't know if they had "better" stuff, but they did have a few different items at all 3 stores.

:flower: My friend went to Disney on april and she buy some cool Disney Items that were "damage" (missing screw, a little twist in mickey's arm, etc) but she doesn't remember the name of the store. Do you know any store like that? Is the same as character warehouse? :confused3

Thx!
