Disney gift cards

Hello
Over the last several months we have been converting our air miles and ended up purchasing a number of Disney gift cards in Canadian funds. Once we are in Disney World does anyone know where and how to transfer all our funds onto one card? I would imagine the conversion rate is based on a set daily rate? Thanks for your help

Is there a way to convert AM Dream Rewards to Canadian Disney Gift Cards?

I don't think you can.
How I have made Airmiles and Disney Gift Cards work for me personally is
Say Airmiles has the Buy 150 .00 Sobeys Gift Card get 100 AM.
Well I buy 1 of them and have the Airmiles deposited into my CASH Airmiles account.
When shopping I will use the Cash Airmiles to pay for my groceries while the money normally spent on Groceries is used to buy a Disney Gift Card.
(Also sometimes throwing in a 50.00 Disney Gift Card with my shop and paying for my whole purchase with the Sobeys Gift Card sometimes works.... depending on the cashier), because technically you are not suppose to be able to buy one Gift Card with another .,,,but it happens.
With Sobeys & Foodland leaving the Airmiles program I will no longer be able to do this.
