Only at the Disney owned properties. The other restaurants accept their own company gift cards.

To add to this, DTD does not have Disney owned restaurants. You can use Disney gift cards at the restaurants in the Disney hotels: Disneyland Hotel, Grand Californian, and Paradise Pier. There are some non-restaurant locations in DTD where Disney gift cards can be used such as the candy shop Marceline's, the World of Disney store, Wonderground gallery, the Disney home store, and the Disney pin trader's store.
