Yes. At most places at WDW.

One of the notable exceptions is the AMC Disney Springs 24. In that situation, I would simply get AMC gift cards for the admission, snacks, etc if your planning to go there.

We were just there and used our gift cards for all our food service. I think the only place that didn't take it for us was a small kiosk at Disney Springs that sold dog stuff. Bought some dog bones with cash.
