Disney gift cards?

Where can I use Disney gift cards? I'm thinking of picking up a few for meals. Our planned meals are Cafe Orleans (I know they accept them), Flo's, Cozy Cones and Pacific Wharf Cafe. Also, what about the carts that sell ice cream, popcorn and pretzels?

I believe the only places that don't accept Disney gift cards are the walking around vendors (such as balloons) and the glass shop on Main St.

The carts (pretzels, churros, popcorn etc) all take the cards as well as all the dining locations you mentioned.

If you have a Target red card don't forget you can get Disney gift cards at target and your 5% discount applies (add a 5% pharmacy reward on top for 10% off)!

Edited to add: I'm not sure if the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain takes them either.

Great, thanks! Might just do $200 on gift cards (Thank you Target RedCard, woot woot!) and plan the rest as cash. Trying to fine tune our budget before we leave, a little freaked out.

I just bought a Disney Gift card from Target the other day using the Red card and the 5% does apply - I was so happy...

It DOES apply to these gift cards (does not apply to Target gift cards but the 3rd party gift cards they sell are treated as merchandise) . I've used my red card (stacked with the pharmacy rewards too) many times for Disney gift cards- often several hundred dollars at a time.

Yes, I used mine today for our next $100 in gift cards. It is really the only reason I signed up.

what are the Target pharmacy rewards? i have the 5% off Red Card.

Sign up for their pharmacy rewards program (free) and every 5 prescriptions you fill they send you a 5% off coupon good for a day of shopping. Stackable with the red card 5% for a total of almost 10% off (they deduct them one after the other so technically you get 9.75% off total).

In April they are giving double credit for prescriptions filled so you only need to fill 3 to get a reward certificate. All fills (refills and new) count toward rewards.

Just found out about this last night, and ordered three of them. The DisneyStore.com has beautiful gift cards, lots of different designs. I ordered 3. Shipping was free. should be fun to use. I got Alice, The 7 Dwarfs, and Peter Pan!
