Disney Gift Cards

My wife received an award from work good for $400 in gift cards. Disney Gift Cards is one of the cards she can redeem it for. My question is can Disney Gift Cards be used all around Disney (restaurants, tickets, etc). Is there a link to see all the places you can use Disney Gift Cards? Thanks!

dis gift cards can be used anywhere that is a disney CO brand (IE not rainforest cafe or some DTD places)

We use and have used them to :
purchase our dinners at restaurants
Purchase our anual passes
Purchase merchandise at park and resort stores
and even used them at food and wine booths during festival.
World showcase countries will take them
Counter service will take them
Kisosks will take them ( Ellens energy adventure coffee stand for example.)
etc
etc
etc

At DISNEYLAND's Downtown Disney, none of the non-Disney vendors will accept a Disney gift card.

However at Walt Disney World's Downtown Disney, you can use gift cards pretty much anywhere on property. I've never been declined use of a Disney gift card at WDW and that includes places like the LEGO store, Earl of Sandwich and others.

Comparable stores at DL's DTD like the LEGO Store and Build a Bear would not accept the gift cards.

Just one of those little quirks between DL and WDW.

But all official Disney shops and vendors will take the gift cards. You can pay for park tickets, dining plans, boat rentals, behind-the-scenes tours, etc. Even Disney Cruise Line will let you transfer your on-board charges to a gift card.
